• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00. Late check in is available at our partner hotel Bohinj ECO Hotel, 100m from Sunrose 7.
• Check-out is before 11:00. Late check out is available upon request and availability.

+ When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 until 10:00.

+ How do I get to/from the airport?

Feel free to Contact us to arrange a private shuttle transfer from/to the Ljubljana Airport. The airport is about 40 minute drive away. See Location & Getting Here for detailed information.

+ Where can I park & Charge EV?

• free outdoor parking with CCTV security is available 100 meters away

• on-site outdoor parking with CCTV security (limited availability)

• parking garage with CCTV security is available 100 meters away (fees apply)

EV Charging is available for a surcharge on-site as well as in the garage.

+ Early arrival and/or late departure

Early check in and / or late check out are available upon request and availability.

Early check-in fee is 50 € per room.

Late check-out fees: departure before 14:00 local time = 30% accommodation fee, after 14:00 a 100% accommodation fee applies.

+ What to do when the weather is bad?

When mother nature wants to keep us inside, Bohinj and its surroundings offers several great opportunities for you to relax.

• Use our library – you can read you own book or from our collection. The library by the fireplace in the comfort of our armchairs, reading a book or being creative working will be ideal.

• Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj is only a 100 meters from our hotel. The swimming complex has large and dynamic shaped swimming pools with water slides. They also offer four different types of saunas, wellness and a salt room.

• Bowling in Bohinj ECO Hotel. The bowling room features a bar, LCD screens, and superb music sound system.

• Visiting Slovenia’s underground caves. Slovenia is home to stunning underground caves. The world-renowned Postojna cave and Škocjan Caves is just less than 2 hours’ drive away from our hotel. Click here to learn more.

• Shopping. The Slovenian capital, Ljubljana is only 50-minute drive from our hotel and BTC City Ljubljana is one of the largest shopping centers in Europe.

+ Are you a pet friendly accommodation?

No. Unfortunately our furry friends are not allowed on the premises.

+ Are you family friendly accommodation?

Sunrose 7 is Adults only (16+) accommodation. Guests under the legal adult age are treated like adults in all respects.

We love being parents and taking care of our children, but the idea is for everybody at Sunrose 7 to relax enjoying the sounds of nature, the foliage and running water, taking a break from children’s tunes. However, we highly recommend family friendly Bohinj ECO Hotel with Aquapark & Wellness Waterpark only 100 m away for families with kids to stay at and enjoy.

After a long day of hiking amongst the many alpine peaks, scenic biking or exploring Lake Bohinj area, sit back and enjoy a drink in our cozy Café & Lounge Kavarna pod kostanji and allow yourself to reminisce your day.

+ What’s your cancellation policy?

Low season

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge anytime up until excluding 7 days before arrival.

• Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival costs 50 % of the whole amount of the reservation.

• Cancellation from 48h to 0h prior to arrival a full (100 %) amount of reservation amount is charged.

High season

• Guests may cancel the reservation free of charge anytime up until excluding 14 days before arrival.

• Cancellation up to 120 hours prior to arrival costs 50 % of the whole amount of the reservation.

• Cancellation from 120h to 0h prior to arrival a full (100 %) amount of reservation amount is charged.

• Cancellation policy with special offers and/or promotions and/or packages may differ.

For reservations without refunds we will charge your credit card for the full amount of stay on the day of the reservations. Reservation can not be cancelled or changed. These conditions will be set forth and presented to the client with each offer before placing a reservation.

+ What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners) and Cash as well as NFC equipped phone pay services such as Apple Pay. American Express is not available in Slovenia.
