Understated sophistication

We so enjoyed our three day stay at Sunrose 7. The classic facade of the original hotel building combined with the modern interior, including the restaurant area overlooking the gardens and river, are delightful. The breakfasts were superb - amongst the best we have had anywhere! Prepared with such care and detail and featuring a wide variety of wonderful local produce. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open for dinner on the days we stayed but I'm sure we would have been equally impressed should it have been. Finally, the staff were excellent with a professional and friendly manner - nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel.
